CAMERA_ON_PIN This is the ON/OFF pin of the uCAM. If you look in the datasheet, there is pin that alwols you to turn the camera on by sending a high signal. Please refer to some of the reference schematics. That will help you understand its usage. PICTURE_QUALITY This is indeed the hex code of the JPEG resolution. Can you give more details about what happens when you try to compile? Like the error messages? You can write the hex code as 0 05 as well if that is giving an error.
