My grandmother has a very serious osteoarthritis, especially her hands. When the weather changes and gets colder, she has a hard time even bending her fingers. So, my ideas are around hand exercises for osteoarthritis patients. I’m thinking of using pressure, tension or touch to activate the LED.
I like this therapy idea… maybe you could use conductive fiber/yarn so that the light gets brighter the harder/tighter you squeeze.
But does tighter squeeze equal better exercise though? Maybe there could be actual touchpoints to target specific exercises?
