  1. Silent countdown LED timer
A 30min wooden LED timer that sits on your desk. When you switch it on it starts at green and then progresses from amber to red in 5min increments.

2. A phone cover or bracelet whose colour is dependent on a bank balance or budget

3. Distraction tracker button that sits on your desk

When you press the button it adds to your distraction count and also captures the time stamp. The information can be output to a website so that you can get a sense of how many times and when in the day you’ve been distracted.
