So after figuring out that there is no such thing as a quiet electrical pump, I started looking for different ways to fill my balloon with air.
The Balloon Clock will be pushing air into a balloon through a tube. A gear system will be used to push the down into the balloon, and the gears will be powered by a stepper motor.
I successfully got the stepper motor to work. At first I was using a stepper motor from Steve’s printer. But the motor was overheating the H bridge.
Currently I am preparing files to cut out the gears and pieces for the tube mechanism.
