Woah, amazing sketches! The glove seems the most feasible of the three ideas, and will give you the biggest opportunity to experiment with fabric and switches. We’re not using Arduinos for this project, so save the timer idea for a future project, but I think you could achieve the desired effect with multiple switches, perhaps on the ends of the fingers or on the palm? Maybe each finger presses a new switch to light up another row of LEDs on the back of the hand, showing more lights when your fist is more clenched.
Gloves are small and will pose a challenge to fit everything inside and make it look how you want– but a fun challenge!
