Hey Jessie! Any of these would be suitable for the project, so you might consider factors like cost and convenience to help you decide, if you don’t already have a preference for one or the other.
Big bow– would require a lot of LED strip to go all around the edge, I can give you some but it’ll also be heavy
Smaller bow — more doable, in my opinion, and the circuit would be more concentrated in the center, less heavy and less expensive
Balloon– Logistically, you would have to pick up one of those little party helium tanks to make and prototype this idea. Plus your circuit has to be untouched once you put it in the balloon, so it’s hard to change the batteries etc. But I do like this idea! Maybe this idea is more doable if the balloon is on a stick (no helium) and the wires come out of the balloon so the battery pack can be outside it.
