I’m planning to make a little monster pillow named “ZZ”. He’s a creative little monster who never has insomnia, and every time he has a new idea, the little hat on his head lights up! I’m making this pillow for myself, hoping that it will both guard my sleep and ensure my inspiration never runs dry ðŸ˜.

Hi Tong! I love your sketches, they are so cute!! I think having a plush that can promote sleepiness or help people who struggle with insomnia is a good idea! I agree with Becky’s comment, that you should decide which specific fabric you want to use. There are a lot of different kinds, and it is overwhelming to look at all of them. I looked at fabrics that other toys use on the market. The cloud sketch is very cute, and I can see it appealing to a lot of different kids or adults, so I have to say that is my preferred design. You can even add lavender scent, to promote sleepiness.
Hi Tong! I would absolutely love to see all of these versions come to life. You are so talented! I think it would be so cool if you made a Version 2 of this prototype after this that actually made it a “weighted pillow” type of plushie to help ease anxieties and put people to sleep more calmly.
I like your sketches! Can you incorporate the love scheme as well? Maybe the tummy could be made of white fabric with a heart, so that when he thinks not only the hat lights up, but also the heart!
