- A sensor for an aquaponic farm that Marko and I are going to make
- A hat that sprays you in the face with something

Go for the aquaponics, please! What do you need to sense? I’m not too familiar with ph sensors but this one looks like it can be submerged for a long time (I’m concerned about it saying it needs to never be left dry, through):
