I’m Leila! Originally an architect from São Paulo, Brazil, I’ve just moved to NY to study Products of Design at SVA.

I like to make interesting nice looking stuff.

Panisa Khunprasert. I’m from Bangkok, Thailand. I studied industrial design in Chulalongkorn University for five years then I worked in wooden toys company for a year. The company is actually my parents’ own, so I grew up messing around the factory. Check out the website!

My name is Qi. Qi is my family name actually but easier to pronounce ^_^. I come from China. I graduated from Beijing Institute of technology with a MS in industrial design. It is famous for mechanical engineering (especially military industry). Just look at my photo  and you’ll find that my last master program doesn’t fit me well >_<.  Now I am so excited to come to SVA and find what I’ve expected here. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture & Design at C.A.D (Belgium – Brussels) in 2014. I’m design and product oriented and I’m used to making 1/1 scale models of my projects.
My goal is to design daily used objects, in as simple and as elegant a way as possible with perfect functionality enabling a relationship between object and user.

My name is Lijia Yang, and I come from China. I am a really good Chinese dish cooker and I am really good at drawing comics. I love hand making stuff and I enjoy to learn those techniques which could allow me to create more interesting things! That’s why I am so expected this class and want to learn a lot of fresh hot skills! I hope someone could speak a little bit slower on the class, or I have to create a remote control to help her slow down. I absolutely hope I don’t need that. 😀
